Your data is never used to train AI models. Call transcripts and session data processed through Echoa are not used — by us or any third-party provider — to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning models of any kind.
What we collect
- Audio transcripts of sales calls processed through the Echoa platform.
- Account information (name, email address) for users who access the dashboard.
- Usage data such as session timestamps, coaching events, and call outcomes.
How we use your data
- Transcripts are processed in real time solely to generate coaching suggestions for the sales rep on the call.
- Transcripts and session data are stored to provide call history and analytics in your dashboard.
- Account information is used to manage access to the platform.
Third-party services
Echoa uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
- Deepgram — real-time speech-to-text transcription.
- Anthropic — AI-generated coaching suggestions.
Both providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train or improve their models. Their data processing is governed by their respective data processing agreements.
Data retention
Call transcripts and session data are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Data security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to the dashboard and underlying data is protected by authentication. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your rights
